Jerry Brown Signed A Deal Which Prevents Teachers To Shoot IF Attacked!

Saturday was all about California Gov. Jerry Brown who signed a deal with which teachers are taken the right to shot back if attacked at school.

The bill i.e. deal was called AB 424, and it was introduced by Kevin McCarty who first saw the need for the law after five California school districts decided to allow the teachers the right to own gun and shot if necessary. The five districts were Kern High School District, Kingsburg Joint Union High School District, Folsom Cordova Unified School District, Anderson Union High School District, and Palo Cedro’s North Cow Creek School District.

Breitbart reports that McCarty justified  his attempt to disarm the California teachers by stating: “A safe learning environment is essential for our children to be successful in the classroom. That’s not possible if a school district allows armed civilians to roam California school campuses.”

If Firearm Policy Coalition asked, they disagreed the idea of enforcing the law as they believed that with all the terroristic attacks and everything that is been going on, leaving the teachers defenseless and without the basic human right of self-defense, and the defense f their students, is not a smart thing to do, according to Los Angeles Times, which reports their statement: “The constitutional right to bear arms is based on the fundamental human right to self-defense. AB 424 undermines these very important principles based on little more than a whim.”

Brown, also signed a legislation of expanding the list of  California people who are forbidden of carrying weapon under any circumstances.

That bill is aimed at people “using force or the threat of force to interfere with another person’s free exercise of any constitutional right because of the other person’s race, religion, gender, or sexual orientation.”

California is a state of universal background checks, gun registrations, and firearm confiscation laws. These confiscation laws are in a possession of forbidden purchase list, whose expanding varies due to the Democrats’ wishes.
